Bills not Appearing

In our Personal Finance simulation, bills will automatically appear on your desk on the 28th of each month, unless you have set up recurring payments through your online banking, in which case the bills will be automatically paid and not appear.

If your laptop is stolen or internet connection is shut off, the bill(s) will continue to be paid automatically. Once a recurring payment is set up, you will need to cancel it manually for it to stop paying. 

If your bill increases, you will need to update the amount that you have setup for recurring payments. Without updating this amount, the wrong amount will automatically be sent each month resulting in underpayment.
