In our Management simulation, the two most common reason for workers to stand around not working is an inability to complete their task or a lack of work due to insufficient orders.
To see why workers are standing around check Comments & Messages to see what issues workers may be having. Comments & Messages can be found be going to Reports > Comments & Messages.
