When attempting to enter bid amounts into Group Sales - Sales Prospects window in the Group Sales assignment of our Hotel Virtual Business, the amount entered does not appear.
This is due to a specific type of extension that has been installed within Chrome. To resolve the issue, you may use a different browser to complete the assignment or contact our Support Department at 877-965-3276 or via email at support@knowledgematters.com for additional information regarding the type of extension and how to to disable the extension.
