In the Virtual Business Hotel simulation the Marketing option may not appear under the Actions menu. This is result of the Ad Blocker installed in the browser incorrectly seeing the Marketing option as an ad and disabling it.
To resolved the issue you can either switch to a different internet browser or disable the Ad Blocker for this lesson.
