Setting Assignment Start/Due Dates (Case Simulations)

As the instructor of a Case Simulation courses, you can set the start and due dates for the lessons.  For a Case Simulation Course, the start and due dates for each assignment are shown here.

By default the start date for each lesson is the date and time the course was created.  The default end date is the end date for the course. 

For the lesson you want to update, click the desired date to change, and choose the time or date you would like.

Changing the Start Date of a Lesson:

If you change the start date for a lesson, that lesson will not be available to students until that date and time, even if you have the course configured to allow completion of lessons in any order. 

Changing the Due Date of a Lesson:

If a due date passes, a student will no longer be able to complete the assignment unless a due date extension is granted.
