In the Market Research assignment of our Retailing Virtual Business, the answers in Step 3 do not match the results of the survey.
This is a result of the survey not being run correctly. In Step 2 of the lesson you are instructed to conduct a survey and select only the following questions, What is your favorite time of day to shop? and What groceries do you buy most often?. Selecting any additional questions will cause the survey results to be different then what is expected in Step 3 and therefore will not match the answers in that step.
The easiest way to see if this is the issue is to look at the what questions are listed under the Included People Who Answered: section of the survey results. This should only show two groups.
