All Access Challenge - How to Register

The All-Access Scholarship Challenge is held twice a year and is open to any student at a school with an active Virtual Business All-Access License on the competition start date for FREE.


Information on the All-Access Challenge including, which simulation will be used in the challenge, prize information and the start and end dates for each round, can be found by click HERE.


Prior to the start of each round the challenge simulation will automatically be loaded into you instructor account and log-in instructions for the competition will be emailed to teachers.


Below are the instructions on how to register students for the challenge:


Students without a Knowledge Matters Account:


1.  Have the student go to vb.knowledgematters.com/ 

2.  Click the, "Register Now' button.

 

3.  Enter the Course Key for your schools All-Access Challenge, and click the 'Search' button. 


Note:  The course key can be found by logging into your instructor account and looking under the 'Your Courses' section.



If the course that appears on the next page is correct, click the 'Continue Registration' link.


4.  Students will complete the registration form as follows:


  • Email Address:  Knowledge Matters strongly recommends that students use their district issued email address.  For students that may not have a district issued email, they may check the box to register without an email address.  This will result in a system generated login ID that the student can use to login.
  • First Name:  Student's first name.
  • Last Name:  Student's last name.
  • Password:  Enter the password to be used to login.  Password must be at least 8 characters in length.
  • Repeat Password:  Re-enter the password entered in the previous step.


5.  Click the "Register" button.  The student home page will now load and the All-Access Challenge will be listed

under the Courses section.


Students with a Knowledge Matters Account:


1.  Have the student go to vb.knowledgematters.com/ 

2.  Have the student enter in their login information in the 'Please Sign In' section and click the "Sign In" button.



3.  Click the "Add another Course" button.



Enter the Course Key for your schools All-Access Challenge, and click the 'Search' button. 


Note:  The course key can be found by logging into your instructor account and looking under the 'Your Courses' section.



If the course that appears on the next page is correct, click the 'Continue Registration' link.


4.  The student home page will now load and the All-Access Challenge will be listed under the Courses section.
