Introduction to Gradebook

Modified on Wed, 20 Mar at 6:47 AM

You are able to track student progress in your course via the Student Gradebook.  As students complete the quizzes and simulation in each lesson their grades will automatically be posted to gradebook allowing you to see in real time how well your students are understanding the material.

Below is brief introduction on how to access the gradebook and to some of the functions of the gradebook:

1.  Log into your instructor account.

2.  From the "Your Courses" page, select the link for the course that contains the gradebook you wish to access.

3.  Click the View Student Progress button.

You will now be presented with a screen similar to the one below.

As students register for the course and complete lessons, the screen will start to look like the following screen. From this screen, you can click on students’ quiz scores or simulation scores to review details of their work or if necessary click on students' name to access the Student Operations menu.

NOTE: Depending on the enrollment for your course, you may need to use scroll bars to view all of the students who are enrolled as well as to see all of the grades for all of the assignments. The scroll bars will appear automatically if this is necessary.
