Editing Student Information

NOTE:  If student's have registered for your course via your school's LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Schoology, etc...) DO NOT edit or change the email address listed for the student.  Doing so will result in the student no longer being able to access course material via your school's LMS.


As an instructor you have the ability to edit certain student information for students that are registered in your course.  To edit student information, follow the instructions below:


1.  Log into your instructor account.

2.  From the "Your Courses" page, select the link for the course that the student is currently enrolled in.

3.  Click the View Student Progress button.



4.  Then, click on the student's name.



This will open the Student Operations page.



5.  Next, click on the accordion option Edit Student Information.



6.  You now have the option to edit either email address that the student used when registering or the

student's name.



7.  Click the 'Save' button to save any changes.
