Confirmation Email Not Received

After registering for a Knowledge Matters account you will receive a confirmation email.  The confirmation email can sometimes get filtered into a junk or spam email folder. 


If you have not received the confirmation email, please check one of those folders to see if the email was incorrectly filtered. 


If after checking your Spam/Junk folder you still have not received the confirmation email, please contact support at 877-965-3276 or via email at support@knowledgematters.com.  If you are contacting us via email, please provide us with the email address you used during registration.
