Payment Does Complete via PayPal

Below are issues that you may encounter when attempting to pay for your Case Simulation via PayPal.   Please try the recommended solution(s) prior to contacting our Support Department.

Transaction hangs at "Calculating Tax" and does not allow you to submit payment.Card being used to pay for simulation was issued by an financial institution from outside the U.S.
  • Clear the cache from your browser and try again.
  • Use a different internet browser to complete the transaction.
Transaction hangs after submitting payment.Communication issue with PayPal
  • Clear the cache from your browser and try again.
  • Use a different internet browser to complete the transaction.
  • If you have a PayPal account and are using that account to pay, try checking out as "Guest".

Received 'declined' message after submitting paymentFinancial institution returned a declined message to PayPal
  • Try a different card
  • Contact the financial institution that issued the card and verify that necessary funds are available.



If you have tried the above solutions and are still unable to process your payment, please send the following information to out Support Department, support@knowledgematters.com, so a manual PayPal invoice that you can pay from can be generated and emailed to you:


  • Email Address used to register for the course.  (If you are accessing the course via your schools LMS this is not necessary).
  • Email address where the invoice should be emailed to.
  • Course Key for course that you are attempting to register for.
  • Dollar amount of the course.


Once you have paid for the course via the invoice provided, please email a copy of the payment confirmation email to our Support Department, and we will manually enroll you in
